To this end, Minqin County, on the one hand, strengthens the management and service of the cotton market, further understands the relevant policy information of the cotton industry, investigates the current situation of the cotton industry in Minqin and the measures to promote the development of the cotton industry, and actively strives for national policy support.

Recently, the cotton association of Minqin County has timely negotiated and promulgated the "cotton purchase guidance price proposal". It suggested that medium cotton should be purchased at an average price of 4.36 yuan, floating on the basis of quality, and 0.5 yuan higher than the original market price.

At present, the purchase and sale of cotton processing enterprises have also begun to buy at the recommended price.
