After the approval of the deputy general manager, the warehouse management personnel shall issue the materials; the material disposal of the company can be carried out by the Deputy General Manager for approval, and no other unit or individual has the right to handle the matter. The comprehensive management department of the company is responsible for tracking and checking the implementation of the material purchase, checking the inventory at the end of each month, and dealing with the problems in time. For violating personnel, the company will make economic penalties or administrative decisions depending on the seriousness of the case.
