French Court Ruled That LV Louis Vuitton Shop Was Closed On Sunday.

According to French media reports, the French administrative court announced the cancellation of the decision of the Paris Administrative Court of appeal in 2007 to allow Louis Vincent Street shop to open on Sunday.

Under French law, businesses are not allowed to open on Sunday unless special permission is granted.

LVMH group has been trying to get permission for Louis Weedon Xiang Street store to open on Sunday because it hopes to show more corporate culture to more tourists through Louis Weedon Street store.

In December 2005, the relevant departments of the Paris municipal government authorized Louis Vuitton incense Street store to open on Sunday.

In May 2006, the Paris administrative court abolished the license.

In May 2007, the administrative court of appeal of Paris recognized the cultural significance of Louis Vuitton incense Street shop and made a decision to allow Louis Vuitton incense street to open its doors on Sunday.

Legal experts believe that because the ruling of the French administrative court is authoritative, if the request is made, the new license is likely to be cancelled.
