In order to further narrow the distance between the "real leather label" and the consumers, and let the "genuine leather logo" products be recognized and loved by more consumers, consumers can buy better and more reassuring leather products through the "genuine leather logo". Recently, we have specially interviewed experts from the national footwear quality supervision and inspection center, asking experts to interpret the difference between leather and artificial leather.
Reporter: through the introduction of the "real leather sign" and the "genuine leather logo" product introduced by our Association experts, we have a renewed understanding of consumers. As the saying goes, "from the natural, enjoy the classics, and start with the real leather logo." But when buying leather products, how to distinguish leather from artificial leather? This is a problem that many of our consumers are facing. Now the experts from the national footwear quality supervision and Inspection Center (hereinafter referred to as "inspection center") are asked to answer for us.
Inspection center: natural leather (commonly known as "genuine leather") has natural pores and skin veins on the surface layer, and the upper part is cut from the surface to the inner layer, from the dense to loose tissue changes, and has leather fibers. If a little ignition is taken, it has a burnt smell when the hair is burning.
Artificial leather or synthetic leather (commonly known as "fake leather") has no leather fibers. It is made of a layer of plastic resin on non-woven fabrics and textiles, and the smell of chemical materials after ignition.
With the development of science and technology, synthetic leather can approach natural leather in strength and permeability, but synthetic leather and natural leather can not be mentioned in terms of affinity, moisture absorption, humidity and hygiene comfort.
It is also precisely because of this reason that the phenomenon of fake leather is often fake in the market. On the other hand, leather is also of different grades. But for ordinary consumers, it is very difficult to distinguish natural leather from artificial leather. Therefore, the "leather logo" launched by China Leather Association is undoubtedly an effective and convenient way for consumers to safeguard their own rights and interests.
