"What is a financial crisis? Orders from European and American markets suddenly disappeared. His company is a typical small and medium-sized enterprise. Small and medium enterprises account for more than 90% of the more than 6000 textile enterprises in the county.

The annual output value of these enterprises ranges from tens of millions of yuan to one or two billion, and most of the products are exported. Because of the small enterprises and the weak ability of independent research and development, so many years ago, we have "sample processing". That is to say, no matter what material or pattern they are, they will follow suit. The profit margin of this business mode is generally low, but in the days when people in Europe and the United States were willing to spend money freely, these enterprises had a good life. However, when the crisis came, they were caught unprepared.

Qin Liangzhou told us that in September and October last year, the textile enterprises which were almost the same size as "eno" felt panic in their hearts. But after a short period of panic, the action of Qin Liang Zhou also began immediately: the market that suddenly atrophy could not be recovered for a time, started with internal management, saved costs and improved efficiency. "To tell you the truth, the days are definitely not going well. Orders had been restored before and after the end of last year, but now foreign investors do not dare to go underground for half a month, as they did in the past. In September 29, 2008, due to the fragmentation of the capital chain, "Hualian three Xin" suddenly stopped production, and then entered the reorganization process. For a while, the saying "Shaoxing's textile industry failed" spread like wildfire.

"How can such a large scale enterprise fall? Where is the problem? " We asked.

County leaders and management departments made an analysis: "many people think that the fall of" Hualian three Xin "represents Shaoxing textile industry as a whole, but it is not true. At that time, the two private enterprises that actually controlled Hualian three Xin were extensive management, blind investment and serious insolvency, which was a fatal wound that dragged it down. And speculation PTA futures failed, directly led to the "Hualian three Xin" capital chain fracture. The contraction of the market brought by the international financial crisis is nothing more than a last straw for the camels.

Since October last year, under the guidance of the government, "Far East chemical fiber" as the largest shareholder of the "Hualian three Xin" after restructuring, began to transform it. The group of "Far East chemical fiber" and "Hualian three Xin" are combined into one. Besides the management, the original "Hualian three Xin" technical personnel and ordinary employees are left behind. Last November 7th, the new "Hualian three Xin" three sets of PTA production facilities were restored to produce one set; one month later, second sets of recovery; at the end of March this year, third sets will also be restored.

According to the plan, this year's new "Hualian three Xin" will complete 1 million 600 thousand tons of PTA output, close to 90% of the total capacity. Just recently, the new "Hualian three Xin" has recruited more than 20 graduates. Less than half a year, the overpowering "Camel" again stood up. This kind of "overturn" is rejoicing.
