    How to adapt to the new situation of clothing specialty education in secondary vocational schools?

    To this end, we went deep into the enterprise and conducted a survey on the demand of garment enterprises graduates.

    This survey adopts a questionnaire designed by the teaching and research group of clothing specialty of secondary vocational schools in Zhejiang Province -- "survey on demand situation of garment enterprises".

    The respondents were mainly secondary vocational school students majored in clothing and business management personnel.

    Its enterprises include 69 in Fenghua, 10 in Yinzhou District, 2 in Xiangshan, 3 in Yuyao, and 3 in Ningbo development zone.

    In 87 enterprises, 77 enterprises have vocational school graduates majoring in clothing.

    A total of 110 questionnaires were issued, of which 87 were valid questionnaires.

    Among the surveyed garment enterprises, 88.5% of them have secondary vocational posts.

    Professional graduates, a large number of garment enterprises choose secondary vocational students, the biggest reason is the low labor cost of the secondary vocational school students, to meet the needs of enterprises; in addition, enterprises understand students and retain students through student internships; moreover, many secondary vocational schools have established cooperative relations with enterprises, and some outstanding students who can meet the requirements of enterprises can directly stay in the enterprise.

    The main job in the business is to make (60%) and sample (20%).

    Through the actual performance of secondary vocational clothing graduates, enterprises consider that the most suitable position for them is production and printing technology.

    No secondary vocational school graduates are engaged in business management, only 2% of secondary vocational school graduates are engaged in product design, only 8% of them are in marketing, and 10% are secondary vocational graduates who work in mechanic posts.

    The evaluation of the overall quality of secondary vocational school graduates is the best. When asked about the performance of the graduates in the field of clothing, 53.3% of the enterprises answered "very good or better". This shows that graduates' performance in every aspect is recognized by the society.

    According to the survey, the professional quality requirements of the secondary vocational school students in clothing specialty are as follows: professional operation skills, professional ethics and work attitude, professional knowledge, personal accomplishment, learning new knowledge, new skills, organization and coordination ability.

    The requirement of the enterprise to the graduates' professional quality has pointed out the direction for the secondary vocational school's clothing professional education. 63.4% the enterprise thinks that the school should cultivate the compound talents with skills as the main task, that is, the training of skilled personnel.

    According to the knowledge and skills acquired by secondary vocational school graduates, the most difficult task for graduates is the design department, although 62.8% of them believe that these graduates can start from the designer assistant.

    This also reflects the problem of teaching in schools.
