Anhui Huamao Brings A Variety Of New Fiber Blended Yarn
The Anhui Huamao Group, which has been exhibited many times, is mainly made of new yarn blended yarn of high-grade yarn.
High grade compact spinning yarn series, the main specifications are compact ring spinning 20 ~240 yarn; compact Siro spinning 20 ~240 yarn; compact spinning slub yarn 20 ~100 yarn. Because compact yarns are tightly arranged, less hairiness and high strength, they are smaller in diameter than traditional yarns of the same number. Therefore, the fabric with the same warp and weft knitted fabrics has good air permeability and smooth cloth, which is mainly used for high-grade yarn dyed fabrics. The blended yarn series mainly consists of polyester, viscose, Tencel, modal, air conditioning fiber, soybean fiber, copper ammonia fiber, bamboo fiber, hemp fiber, cashmere and so on. It blended 20 ~120 yarn with cotton fiber in various proportions.
Tencel and cotton blended or pure fabrics have good hygroscopicity and comfort. They are suitable for spinning all kinds of knitting machines and knitting yarns. Modal fiber has no pollution in the whole production process. Its high strength performance makes it suitable for producing microfiber, spinning with other fibers in different proportion, and suitable for weaving light fabrics.
Bamboo fiber has higher initial modulus and cotton blending can be used for woven fabric with good drape. Elastic core 10 ~100 yarn series yarns used for elastic yarns include lycra and Dow XLA elastic yarn. They are mainly made of elastic filament yarn and wrapped with cotton or other fibers.
