Jiangxi Allocated 2 Million 250 Thousand Yuan To Help Textile Enterprises "Go Out"

From the Jiangxi provincial finance department, recently, Jiangxi has allocated 2 million 250 thousand yuan of "go out" special funds to help garment enterprises set up their own brand product stores outside the country, establish textile and apparel after-sales service network and warehousing and logistics center, and encourage textile enterprises to "go out".

It is understood that textiles have always been a large category of products exported to Jiangxi. However, influenced by the international financial crisis, textile enterprises in Jiangxi province have been greatly impacted.

The textile and garment enterprises set up an organizational system for the sale or service provided by more than 3 overseas enterprises in more than 2 countries or regions. The rents and decorations for the sale of private brand product stores established by enterprises shall be subsidized at 50% of the actual expenses, and the total amount shall not exceed 150 thousand yuan.

We shall support the establishment of an after sale clothing network and warehousing and logistics center for overseas textile and apparel enterprises, and rent the warehouse and office space for overseas enterprises, and local pportation costs, which will be subsidized by 50% of the actual cost incurred. The expenses for the development or acquisition of the after-sales service network information management system set up by overseas enterprises will be subsidized by 50% of the actual cost incurred, and the total cost of two expenses will not exceed 200 thousand yuan.

Textile enterprises engaged in R & D work overseas will support overseas Chinese textile enterprises engaged in R & D activities, hire and purchase relevant information from senior designers, and subsidize them at 50% of the actual cost. The total amount will not exceed RMB 200 thousand yuan.

According to the introduction, the overseas projects supported by the special fund need to have the relevant conditions: the enterprise needs to obtain the approval certificate of Chinese enterprises' overseas investment promulgated by the State Commerce Department, which is legally registered overseas.
