Zhao Gensheng, who has different opinions, said: first of all, the textile industry in Jinzhong province has a long history. Compared with other coastal areas, it has advantages in terms of human resources, energy, land and other production factors. In this plan, the large enterprises and large groups which have the strength at home and abroad will be guided to annex and reorganize the textile enterprises in Shanxi and to build the textile industrial park.

The provincial government will set up a special development fund to increase investment in technological innovation and technological pformation of the textile industry, and organize relevant departments to study and formulate relevant policies and measures, encourage technological innovation and intensify technological pformation.
