You have the right to require the travel agency to provide agreed services.

You have the right to ask a travel agency to bring a group to the shops designated by the Tourism Administration of the destination country, and have the right to refuse over planned shopping, refuse to shop in non designated stores, and refuse the compulsive shopping requirements of travel agencies.

6, you have the right to choose your own expense.

You have the right to refuse all kinds of self financed projects recommended by travel agents, tour guides or tour guides, and have the right to refuse meals at their own expense.

Participation in voluntary expenses is purely voluntary. It may be that a reception agency and a tourist guide can earn profits by organizing their own expense items, thereby jeopardize your interests.

It is the law of our country that tourists' personal dignity is not damaged and national customs and habits should be respected.

When you choose outbound travel agencies and outbound tourism activities, your personal dignity and national customs and habits are damaged, you have the right to receive legal assistance.

9, you have the right to supervise travel agency services.

You have the right to prosecute, accuse the travel agency of infringing on the rights and interests of tourists, and have the right to criticize and suggest the work of protecting tourists' rights and interests.

You have the right to send your opinion list to the provincial tourism department at the location of the group, and send it directly to the tourism quality supervision and Management Office of the National Tourism Administration if necessary.
