Analysis Of Causes For Bubbles In Injection Molded Parts
The gas in vacuoles is very thin and belongs to vacuoles. Generally speaking, if bubbles are found at the beginning of the mold opening, it is a gas interference problem. The formation of vacuum bubbles is due to insufficient filling or low pressure. Under the action of sharp cooling of the die, the fuel pulling with the angle of the mold cavity results in the loss of volume.
Terms of settlement:
(1) improve the injection energy: pressure, speed, time and volume, and increase the back pressure to fill the mold.
(2) increase material temperature and flow smoothly. Reduce the feed temperature, reduce shrinkage, and raise the mold temperature appropriately, especially the local mold temperature of vacuum bubble parts.
(3) the gate will be placed in the thick part of the product to improve the flow condition of the nozzle, runner and gate, and reduce the consumption of the pressure.
(4) improve the mold exhaust condition.
