    Neoprene adhesive, referred to as chloroprene rubber adhesive, accounts for more than 70% of the total amount of synthetic rubber adhesive, and is also the most important kind of rubber adhesive.

    Used as intermediate accelerator for natural rubber and synthetic rubber, often used in conjunction with DM and TMTD.

    It is easy to combine with water, absorb moisture and carbon dioxide in the air, and mix with magnesium chloride solution, easy to gel and harden.

    It can stimulate skin and mucous membrane.

    4. preparation and Application

       

    (1) mixing chloroprene rubber, tert butylphenol formaldehyde resin, Zinc Oxide, Magnesium Oxide, accelerator D and accelerator TMTD, N - phenyl - 2 naphthalene, sulfur together.


    (2) adding ethyl acetate and solvent gasoline to dissolve the mixture and stir it evenly to get the finished product.


     

    The method is the same as ordinary adhesive.

    Its shear strength: leather leather 2.2MPa, rubber rubber 2.4MPa, steel rubber 3.OMPa
