(1) entrusted matters

Party A accepts Party B's entrustment to undertake the air freight export business entrusted by Party B.

Party B designates Party A as its agent to arrange for delivery, export declaration and export commodity inspection and quarantine.

(two) Party B shall submit to Party A a letter of attorney for export pport (short letter of attorney "or" order form ") in written form (including letters, facsimile, telegram, telex) on the five working days before the delivery of each ticket.

"Power of attorney" shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

The name, address, and payment of the shipper (SHIPPER);

Consignee (CONSIGNEE) name, name, address, contact payment;

The name, address, and contact payment of the Notifying Party;

Flight number, date, departure port and destination port;

The name, number, weight, volume and declared value of the goods;

The standard and payment method of freight and other charges;

The signature, seal and date of the shipper.

Party B's submission of a letter of attorney does not contain any signature or seal or any part or all of the above contents. Party B shall make corrections in accordance with Party A's requirements, otherwise Party A shall have the right to refuse to accept the entrustment.

(three) Party B entrusts Party A to handle export declaration and export commodity inspection and quarantine affairs on behalf of Party A, and shall promptly provide Party A with documents and documents required for handling the above affairs.

Party B shall be responsible for the authenticity, legality and integrity of the documents and documents provided by the party.

(four) if Party B requests to cancel or change the entrustment and the contents of the contract after the entrustment has been entrusted to Party A, it shall be in written form and recognized by Party A, and Party B shall reimburse Party A.

Party A shall have the right to refuse to accept the goods if Party A finds that the surface condition of the goods (including the outer package) is not good at the time of receiving the goods.

If Party B fails to improve the goods and their packaging within the time required by Party A, Party A shall have the right to stop the shipment of goods for Party B.

If Party A fails to deliver the goods within the time specified by Party A, Party B shall make a claim for damages to Party A.

Party B shall not entrainment the pportation, restriction of pport and dangerous goods in its consignments.

The provisions concerning the prohibition of pportation, the restriction of pport goods and dangerous goods shall prevail in accordance with the international conventions, relevant national laws, regulations, rules and regulations, and industrial associations.

If Party B falsely reports the name of the goods and entrainment the above articles, Party B shall be liable for the loss of Party A.

(eight) Party B shall pay to Party A all expenses involved in the carriage of goods.

Party B shall pay the corresponding amount to Party A within 30 days after the take-off.

(nine) any matters relating to this Agreement shall be governed by the laws, regulations and relevant international conventions of the People's Republic of China.

(ten) modification and supplement of the agreement

The amendment and supplement to this Agreement shall be in written form and shall be confirmed in writing by both parties.

Amendments and supplements shall take effect from the date of written confirmation by both parties.
