To carry out Internet application and promotion and application, and jointly organize enterprises, organizations and individuals to build Internet sites for friendly consultations, Party B agrees to Party A's registration of domain names, virtual hosts and related businesses.

1. Party A's rights and obligations

1.1 as the agent of Party B, we provide domain name registration and virtual host service to our direct customers, and guarantee the good service to our customers in the agency business so as to establish and maintain the good reputation of Party B.

Party A shall bear the responsibility if Party A is responsible for losses caused by Party A; if Party B suffers losses, Party A hereby warrants compensation accordingly.

1.2 ensure that the website of the client and client does not violate the policies, laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China. If the loss is caused by Party B, Party A shall bear the corresponding liability for compensation.

1.3 read and understand in detail that Party B on its website (http://www.onway.net below) addresses the requirements of the agent's operation, including the registration, modification / cancellation, pfer / pfer of the domain name, and the rental of virtual hosts and other related services, so as to ensure that the correct and complete data can be submitted as required and carried out according to the correct steps.

1.4 Party B shall make effective contact with Party A's information in this contract. If Party A's e-mail, address or contact information is changed, Party B shall promptly notify Party B by fax (official seal, personal signature and ID card copy).

2.1 provide related services to Party A by means of online business system or email or fax.

And appoint special person to serve the first party.

2.2 to provide the virtual host service for Party A, Party A can complete the service request through the online business system, complete within two working days after receiving the service request of Party A, and provide necessary technical support to Party A during the service period.

2.3 continuously improve the agency service system to facilitate and support the development of agency business.

2.4 conduct regular annual meetings or seminars, seminars and training activities as necessary.

3. payment / settlement terms

3.1 the remittance of all the funds of Party A is remitted to the bank account specified by Party B on the website in an effective way.

3.2 before the entrustment of the first agent business, Party A's remittance is RMB 600 yuan or more as advance payment, so that the initial business will not affect Party B's timely service and support due to the cause of payment.

The advance payment is the product that the agent enters in advance to buy the domain name as the future, the space rents and so on the space-time product and the service.

3.3 Party B will settle the entrusted business one by one and deduct it automatically from the advance payment. Party A will check the balance and ensure that the balance is enough to cover the next entrusted business.

The agency settlement price is detailed in the annex.

3.4 Party B shall issue invoices to Party A as required (the total amount of invoice shall not exceed the actual sum of Party A's remittance), and send it to the address registered by registered party in registered form; if Party A has any special requirements for invoices, such as separate invoices for customers, etc., it shall be specified in the fax of remittance.

Upon termination, Party B shall return the balance of accounts to Party A.

4. liability for breach of contract

4.1 party a leased the virtual host party to Party B during the period, because Party B causes Party A and party a customer site can not be visited, are regarded as a breach of contract, but Party B sometimes needs to interrupt the service for a short time when carrying out the maintenance of the virtual host, or due to the accidental obstruction of the access on the Internet, resulting in the decline of the virtual host's access speed. Party A agrees that this is a normal situation and does not belong to Party B's breach. This situation can not exceed three times a month, not exceeding 2 hours each time.

For Party B's breach of contract, Party B undertakes to compensate Party A for 10 times the time of downtime and the compensation paid by Party A.

Party A can be compensated by fax or e-mail after Party A is contacted and confirmed with Party B's technical department.

4.2 Party A is responsible for the failure of the domain name due to the reason of Party A; Party B is responsible for the registration of the domain name registered by the party in the real time registration system due to the reason of Party B. Party B shall promptly register the same number of domain names for Party A in time. The cost incurred by the wrong registration of the domain name shall be borne by the responsible party.

4.3 Party B will not accept any debts owed by Party A. except Party B's approval and granting credit limit.

Therefore, if Party A fails to pay the fee on time, it will be deemed to be a breach of contract. Party B will not accept the business entrusted by Party A and have the right to stop the use of domain name and / or virtual host.

4.4 other liabilities for breach of contract shall be compensated according to the relevant provisions of the contract law of the People's Republic of China.

4.5 if Party A seriously violates the terms and conditions of this contract, Party B may at any time notify Party A to terminate its agency right.

5. exemption clause

Party A agrees with Party B's breach of contract due to force majeure affecting Party B's normal service and support.

6. supplementary provisions

5.1 in the process of printing or filling, Party A shall not alter or delete any terms in this contract, and the contract after modification will be deemed invalid.

5.2 books

The unsettled matters shall be settled through consultation between the two sides.

If the negotiation fails, it will be submitted to the Xiamen Arbitration Commission for arbitration.

The appendix of the contract and this contract have the same legal effect.

5.3 books

The period of validity is one year from the date of the signing of the contract between the two parties, and the party shall notify the other party in writing thirty days ahead of time when the party requests an early termination. This contract can be renewed for one year after the consent of both parties, and the business settlement of Party A shall be carried out in the renewal period.

5.4 there are two copies of this contract. Each party holds one copy, which is signed and sealed by the representatives of both sides.
