Archival Filing Contract
Depository files contract
XX City technical workers Exchange Service Center (Party A) and (b) voluntarily make the following decisions as to Party B's entrusting party A to deposit personal personal files.
Party B voluntarily entrusts Party A with the personnel files from date to date.
Party A's responsibilities:
1, Party A is responsible for handling the acceptance procedures of Party B's personal files.
2, Party A is responsible for the preservation and management of Party B's personnel files, and is responsible for retaining its original status, length of service and salary level of archives.
3, Party A shall, according to the state's existing wage policies and insurance policies, raise the salary level of the party's files and calculate the continuous working age according to the policies of the local social insurance paid by local regulations such as old-age insurance and unemployment insurance during the period of archival filing.

If Party B is employed by enterprises or institutions after the expiration of the period, Party A shall be responsible for handling the personnel introduction procedures and pferring the personnel files relationship to the new work unit.
Two party B's responsibilities:
1.

During the period, Party B's insurance, welfare, such as illness, injury, disability, death and accident shall be handled by Party B and the employer in accordance with the relevant social insurance regulations.
2, Party B shall be responsible for the re employment of Party B after the expiration of the contract.
3. Since Party B's personnel files are deposited with Party A, Party B shall pay the management fee to Party A 15 yuan per month.
The management fee will be cleared once a year or during the contract period.
Three. When the contract expires, Party B fails to contact or pfer the renewal procedures. Party A will pfer Party B's personnel files to the place where Party B's residence is registered.
Employment
The service management department shall be managed according to the relevant regulations of the workers waiting for employment.
Four. There are two copies of this contract. Each party holds one copy.
Five. This contract is valid from date month to month day.
