    I entered the real estate sale to become a sales champion, but in just a few months, during this period, I had 3 moves that made me a happy initiative.   

    First trick: use small props

    When I first arrived in the sales department, I was also guilty. After all, I was surrounded by long selling real estate salesmen. Compared with them, I could hardly understand anything. In order to let me get started as soon as possible, the manager first taught me a trick: when talking with customers, if you don't want to be too nervous, you can hold some props in your hand, such as price list or unit size chart, so that you can calm down your emotions with the power of props, and concentrate on preparing your customers' questions and answers.   

    The second trick: to be a thief.

    In the words of our department manager, you are making the best progress in being a thief and stealing from others. There are many experts in our sales department. For example, some of them are very patient. No matter what kind of customers they treat, they are all alike. As such, customers who did not want to buy our house eventually signed the contract. There are also very skillful. When he explains the house to the guest, he only recommends two kinds of apartments, so as not to make the guests pick their eyes. Others are confident that customers trust him very much. I secretly learned them from one side, and then used them one by one in communication with customers. The result was excellent.   

    The third move: honest, not lazy.

    For example, the manager told us to call 20 customers every day to promote sales, and I did a lot of them. Once, when I hit twentieth guests, I didn't expect the guest to come to see the house in second days, and then signed the contract.

    My job is to deal with all kinds of reports all day, very boring, if there is no sense of responsibility, then it is impossible to become a person who is active in the work. However, I also have some tricks.   

    First trick: frighten yourself with the most terrible consequences.

    This is a very effective move, because if I have a problem here, it will directly affect the Sales Department of the sales department, and even the serious consequences of a two room sale may cause legal disputes to the company. As long as I think of these things, I force myself to check the accuracy of my statements every day and remind myself that I must be foolproof.

    Thanks to the human resources department in the company, they arranged for me to work closely with the sales department who was closely related to my work.

    The role reversal allows us to understand the importance of each other's position and understand the difficulty of each other's work. This enables us to understand the nature of each other's work better and eliminate the phenomenon of mutual complaining and committee responsibility. On that day, I acted as a saleswoman for a day, really realized the difficulty of signing a contract, and even treasured every sales record of salesmen, so that I had a deeper perceptual knowledge when making statements.

    Initiative is a positive attitude chosen after a certain understanding of one's future. In my opinion, if you want to become an active person in your workplace, you have to love your job. It's easier said than done.   
    I have two points.

    First step: set a big goal.

    In practice, I will refine this big goal and put the strategy into practice, that is, break it down into small goals, step by step and step by step. For example, what knowledge reserves do I need in this position, what I lack, how I accumulate experience, what I learn from others and so on. In this way, every single thing is learned and a sense of happiness is achieved.  

    The second move: take work as a game.

    My hobbies are playing games and saving computers. Although I am not a computer major, my ability to play computer can definitely be integrated with professionals. Why is that? The reason is that I like to do it myself. It's a hobby of my own. When I put all kinds of hardware into the main chassis, there is a sense of satisfaction in my heart. Similarly, work is the same. If you take your daily work as a favorite game, fully enjoy the fun and play with time, it will surely become an active person in the workplace.
