Years of working experience make me deeply aware of the importance of personal image building for media practitioners.

Because of the public communication characteristics of media work, personal image represents the public image of the media in a certain extent.

Nowadays, with the increasing competition among the media, the surge in the number of employees, and the emphasis on brand packaging in the new media age, training and upgrading the personal image of practitioners has become an important part of building media brand image.

Some even think that they represent a well-known media and are choosy when they go out for interviews.

As a reporter, we should know the society, the civil situation and the customs, and some people do not understand the etiquette in public, and they have no way to go.

I have personally experienced such a thing in my work.

I was invited to participate in an event in a city.

At the scene of the event, a senior reporter who had just pferred to a TV station saw a reporter who had a microphone of his own unit.

Unexpectedly, this beautiful female reporter saw someone actively greeting, actually very arrogant, well-known media self, ignore it.

The senior reporter introduced himself as a member of the same unit. The woman reporter actually exaggerated loudly and said to the camera, "Hey, he said he was also on our stage. Is there such a person?"

The disdainful look seemed to have caught a counterfeit. In fact, the name of the inviting person in the interview invitation held by the journalist was precisely the veteran reporter who was disdained by her, and then the embarrassment of the woman reporter could be imagined.

What are the attitudes towards colleagues and colleagues?

Even if people are beautiful and dressed properly, their personal image will not be good.
