Contracting parties:

The construction unit shall be referred to as Party A.

3, Party B shall use Party A's simple house turnover to avoid rent during the turnover period.

Four, the housing of Party A relocated Party B is located in the middle and the east of the city.

Five, all members of the family B (above 18 years old) have signed and agreed to be the representative of Party B and authorized him or her to sign the contract and other words.

The expenses paid by Party A to Party B shall be collected by Party B's representatives.

Party A shall not be held responsible for any family separation or inheritance disputes related to the demolition of the family members of Party B.

If Party B refuses to relocate after Party A's resettlement in accordance with the stipulations of the contract, Party A shall apply to the local real estate management department to move out the time limit for Party B, and if the overdue stay is not relocated, Party A shall pay liquidated damages to Party A for the overdue one day, and Party A may also bring a suit to the people's court having jurisdiction over it.

If Party B fails to move on time in case of rainy weather or other force majeure reasons, the time will be postponed, but party a must be informed.

This contract shall come into force on the date of signing by both parties. After the contract comes into force, neither Party A nor Party B may modify or terminate the contract without authorization.

If there are any unsettled matters in the contract, supplementary provisions should be made through mutual consultation.

If there is any dispute in the execution of the contract and can not be resolved through consultation between the two parties, it may be submitted to the local real estate management department for mediation. If mediation fails, it may be submitted to the contract management authority for arbitration or the people's court having jurisdiction over it.
