The minimum monthly salary for these jobs is over 1500.
The Humen labor branch has made two trips to Ruyuan to fight for the front stop and put a lot of advertisements in Ruyuan, hoping to attract more workers in Humen.
It is understood that since March 4th, the Humen labor branch has sent more than 20 staff members to 11 groups. They have gone deep into 300 large and medium-sized enterprises in Humen Town, including clothing, plastics, toys, electronics, cables and wires, and investigated the employment situation after the holidays.
"As of March 7th, nearly 93% of the migrant workers in Humen had returned to the original factory. Currently, there are more than 2.5 workers in the workforce.
There are two kinds of labor shortage in Humen enterprises. One is the shortage of workers who expand the production scale, and the two is the shortage of orders.

Yang Xiaofang is one of the leaders of the family apartment of Lian Tai. She said that the apartment of the Thai family was renovated from 4 7 storey dormitories. There were 384 rooms, each room about 45 square meters. At present, 54 apartments have been renovated in advance, 40 of which have been employees and their families.
Last year, the company has set up 90 couples' rooms for employees. Compared with the spouses, the newly established family apartments will benefit more employees. "As long as the employees of Lutai company, if they have children or family members, they can apply for admission."

In addition to the basic facilities in the apartment, Luen Tai also invested about 200000 yuan to build a steam return water project, recycling a lot of high temperature steam generated by the company's production process, heating cold water, and pporting environmentally friendly hot water to the apartment for staff and family members.
According to the regulations of the enterprise, only 180 yuan of monthly rent should be paid to the apartment for the families, and 24 hours of security services and daily sanitation and cleaning services can be enjoyed.
It is reported that in recent days, the company will also rebuild the remaining rooms of the family apartments to meet the occupancy needs of the employees and their families.
Hengli enterprises help old employees buy houses
More than 300 technical workers of Dongguan Wanfeng Industrial Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Wanfeng industrial), Hengli Town, Shek Chung Industrial Area, are back to work 100% times after the holiday.
