The Three Exhibition Of Textile And Clothing Is Again Coming On The Stage &Nbsp; The Financial Crisis Has Started The War Of Textile Industry.
In the spring of 2009, the shadow of the financial crisis was pervading every corner of the textile industry. The China Textile Industry Association put forward the 2009 textile spring action: the clothing exhibition, the fabric exhibition and the three exhibition of yarn exhibition, which led the whole industry to start the battle of the textile industry in the financial crisis.
A year passed, and after hard work of all trades and enterprises, the textile industry took the lead in going out of the trough and ushered in the spring of recovery.
In 2010, the three spring exhibitions of China Textile Industry Association are still held in costumes. The theme of this year's three major exhibitions is "adjustment, revitalization, innovation and development", and will fully embody the four connotations of "science and technology, culture, brand and cooperation".
This year is the 10th anniversary establishment of China Textile Industry Association.
In the past ten years, the China Textile Industry Association has set up a professional textile and garment Expo platform for Industry and enterprises to develop two markets at home and abroad, and has achieved remarkable results.
According to Zhang Yankai, vice president of the China Textile Industry Association, the number of professional exhibitions in textile industry has increased greatly in the past ten years, that is, the number of odd years in 2001, 5 odd years and 7 odd years, which have developed to 8 odd numbered years and 10 odd years. The content of the exhibition has also grown to cover the upper and lower reaches of the textile industry chain covering three major areas of clothing, household textiles and industrial textiles.
Moreover, the overseas exhibitions organized by the China Textile Industry Association have made considerable progress. In 2000, the Chinese textile and garment trade exhibition began in the US and in Europe in 2006. At the same time, the China Textile Industry Association also organized a large number of Chinese textile enterprises to participate in large-scale overseas exhibitions.
In 2002, the China Textile Industry Association's total overseas exhibition area was 180 thousand square meters / year, reaching 560 thousand square meters / year in 2008; the number of exhibitors from 2687 in 2002 to 8100 in 2008; the number of professional buyers in the register increased from 200 thousand persons per year in 2002 to 320 thousand persons / years in 2008.
According to Zhang Yankai, there have been some changes in the China Textile and clothing trade exhibition held in New York this year. In the past, fabrics, garments and home textiles have been exhibited together. Since this year, it has become three independent exhibitions, and has been able to absorb foreign enterprises to participate in the exhibition from the previous single Chinese enterprises.
Zhang Yankai said that the China Textile and clothing trade exhibition held in New York last year has brought good results to the small and medium-sized enterprises in the United States. China's exhibitors are becoming the main force of overseas exhibitions.
Exhibition is a means of service for enterprises.
At present, the China Textile Industry Association has established a professional exhibition team based on the textile industry branch of the China Council for international trade promotion (WTO), and has formed the operation mode of cooperation with various professional associations. The activities and important meetings organized by the association and professional associations will be launched during the spring exhibition.
Zhang Yankai said that under the new situation, the China Textile Industry Association will take the pformation of the economic development mode as its purpose, and play the three functions of the exhibition to build international and domestic trade, link up the upstream and downstream industrial chains, and display the windows of scientific and technological innovation and brand building. This will be the direction for the future development of the exhibition.
The China Textile Industry Association will adhere to the characteristics of the industry, create exhibition brand with industry characteristics, open up two markets at home and abroad, and strive to build a strong textile country.
