    Zhang's experience is very representative in the migrant workers who have worked for one or two years recently.

    Reporters interviewed a number of new generation of migrant workers found that these young workers who have not worked for a long time, the wages are not high, the work skills are not yet skilled, most of the ordinary operators, because of low wages, often choose to frequent job hopping, free in between several factories, lead a "mixed day is a day" days.


    And some skilled technicians, in the absence of large labor background, are also choosing job hopping.

    In March 10th, in Jinjiang, Chen Dai Town, the recruitment market of China shoes capital, Lin Duofu, a post-80s migrant worker from Huaihua, Hunan, carefully read all kinds of recruitment information on the recruitment column.

    During the interview, the reporter learned that due to lack of work tide, quite a few new generation of migrant workers seize the opportunity to job hopping, and wages rise with the tide, especially skilled workers.

    Those enterprises with strong strength and good working environment are often "met" by migrant workers, while some small factories with poor working environment, the new generation of migrant workers often choose to vote with feet.

    She told reporters that she had worked in a garment factory for a year and a half, and though she still had low wages, she still wanted to change her environment.

    "The work of the factory is too hard, sometimes it is too tired to stretch the waist, while the work of the hotel attendants is 200 yuan lower than that of the clothing factory, but the work is much easier and more free time."

    Liu Xiaomei pointed out the intention of job hopping.


    In view of the frequent job hopping phenomenon of the new generation of migrant workers, Liao Minxin, deputy director of the Shishi Bureau of personnel and labor and social security, said that Quanzhou's industries are mainly labor-intensive, such as traditional textile, clothing, shoes and hats and stones, and require a large number of front-line labor.

    The new generation of migrant workers, the hard-working spirit is obviously inferior to the previous generation. These young people are more and more reluctant to work in the front line of the factory. By contrast, they prefer the service industry with better and easier working environment, such as hotels and restaurants.


    New generation of workers: skills and management skills


    "I went to Fuzhou last month, I went to Xiamen this month, and I will probably go to Quanzhou next month". This is the evaluation of Lao Li, an old generation worker, to her son Li Xiaoyong.

    Li Lihua is from Jiujiang, Jiangxi, and has worked in the area of Hui Nan Industrial Zone in Huian County for 8 years.

    He told reporters that the purpose of their generation to work in town is simple, that is, to earn as much money as possible and send money home so that they can live a better life in the countryside.

    But Li Xiaoyong, the younger generation, is not satisfied with this.

    "I hope my salary is not simply staying at 1000 yuan level, I want to do something in skills and management."

    At Quanzhou technical school, Zhang Ruiqiang, who came to register to learn automobile parts production technology, told reporters that he had worked in a mechanical factory in Licheng District of Quanzhou for two years before.

    But after the Spring Festival, he quit the job and decided to go to the technical school to learn how to make auto parts.

    Zhang Ruiqiang confidently planned: "if you have a skill, you will not worry about salary when you go there."


    According to the director of Quanzhou technical school, this year, like Zhang Ruiqiang, he has worked experience, but he chose more and more new generation of migrant workers who return to school technology.

    "After they work, they know what the society is short of and what the factory lacks.

    Now, the new generation of migrant workers, thinking about the problem in the longer term, they have "charging" needs, and willing to spend money on training.

    The 80 and 90's new generation of migrant workers like Lin Shenghui are becoming the main force of migrant workers in Quanzhou.

    Unlike the old generation of migrant workers, almost all of these young people carry "city dreams".

    Like fashion, quality, emotional needs...

    Many of their needs are almost the same as those of urban youth.


    "I'd rather pick garbage in Quanzhou than I would like to go home for farming."

    Xiao Hong, a Post-80 peasant worker from Taining County, told reporters that his hometown was located in remote rural areas of Taining county.

    Many people in the village go out to work. Even if I go home to work, I can't see many people. It's not fun. "

    He said.


    "I have worked outside for 4 years, and there is no difference between work and lifestyle in Quanzhou.

    It's hard for me to accept going back to the countryside, but in Quanzhou, I will not think too much about my future life.

    "Does this company pay three risks for its employees?"

    This is the new generation of migrant workers when asked Huang Runsheng often asked questions.

    Huang Runsheng, chief of the Employment Department of the Quanzhou labor employment center, told reporters that the new generation of migrant workers is more conscious of their rights protection than the older generation.     It is understood that in order to allow more migrant workers to integrate into Quanzhou, Quanzhou has promulgated the "Provisional Regulations on the protection of migrant workers' legitimate rights and interests" in Quanzhou, "opinions on further compulsory education for migrant workers' children", "opinions on Further Strengthening the management of mobile population services" and so on, so that migrant workers enjoy treatment, employment, children's education, social security, rights and interests maintenance, settlement and other aspects of treatment.
