Indian Government Encourages Exports Of Shoes And Clothing

　　印《金融快報(bào)》4月1日文章稱，商工部長阿南德·夏爾瑪3月31日透露，印政府將從4月1日起實(shí)施一項(xiàng)期限6個(gè)月、總額62.5億盧比的刺激計(jì)劃，旨在促進(jìn)服裝、電子、工程器材、農(nóng)藥等行業(yè)的出口。其中，40億盧比將用于促進(jìn)服裝出口，特別是促進(jìn)300種鞋服向美、歐兩大市場出口。

The remaining 2 billion 250 million rupees are used to promote the export of 200 kinds of commodities, such as electronics, engineering equipment, pesticide and so on.

　　文章認(rèn)為，在盧比不斷升值、部分行業(yè)出口嚴(yán)重萎縮的背景下，該計(jì)劃的出臺(tái)恰逢其時(shí)。3月31日，盧比兌換美元的匯率升至44.92的歷史新高。服裝、皮革、手工藝品的出口最容易遭受貨幣升值的打擊，出口商們擔(dān)心，盧比升值后他們會(huì)在中國出口商的競爭下遭受慘重?fù)p失。去年4月至今年1月，印度服裝出口額累計(jì)79.1億美元，同比下降10%。
