India Exports Knitted Garments To Us And Europe Into MLFPS
India's Ministry of industry and Commerce announced that India's knitted garments exported to the United States and European countries included 2% of the market's key products plan (MLFPS), which lasted for 6 months, beginning in April 1, 2010 and ending in September 30, 2010.
Shri.A.Sakthivel, President of India's Rupp Exporters Association (TEA), welcomed the move. He said the rupee was appreciating against foreign currencies and announced that the measure would help to enhance the competitiveness of India's knitted apparel products in these markets.
