Solutions To The Structural Contradictions Of Hubei'S Clothing Industry
Few people have noticed that the silence of Han style clothing these years is related to the lack of capacity in spinning, printing and dyeing two links. Huang Xin, a garment company in Panyu, Guangzhou, has worked for more than ten years. Recently, she entered Wuhan Taihe as the purchasing secretary. He soon noticed the difference in the development of the clothing industry between the two places.
"In Guangdong, a wide range of clothing materials, high quality, procurement of fabric fabrics convenient and fast, but in Wuhan, the gap is not small."
Huang Xin said that every year, enterprises spend about 30000000 of their budgets on the purchase of clothing materials. "Jiangsu and Zhejiang 70% Guangdong 20%, and the rest of Wuhan's local purchase, but most of them can only supply low-end products."
Coincidentally, Zhang Shulin, Secretary General of the Hubei clothing trade association, also expressed the same view.
He said that because the Hubei textile industry chain is not perfect, the technology affects the quality, as the chairman unit of the cat group, the fabric needs to go back to Guangdong. "This pportation cost almost accounts for 5% to 10% of the clothing sales cost."
產業鏈“兩頭在外”
Historically, the textile industry was once the dominant industry in our province.
There were 7 state-run cotton textile factories and 13 knitting factories in Wuhan. However, a market flood has fallen off.
"The situation facing our province's textile industry is the imperfect industrial chain.
Spinning, weaving, printing, dyeing and clothing, in a whole industrial chain, the production capacity of chemical fiber from the starting point is insufficient, and the development of printing and dyeing industry is even more inadequate.
A few days ago, the provincial Commission official told reporters.
According to the briefing, at present, there are 1591 textile enterprises in the whole province with sales volume of more than 5 million yuan. In 2009, the total industrial output value reached 101 billion yuan, an increase of 23.2% over the previous year, and the value of export delivery reached 13 billion 700 million yuan, an increase of 17.8% over the same period last year.
But at the same time, according to the data of light industry and textile department, in 2009, the yarn production in our province was 1 million 490 thousand tons, and sixth in the whole country, but the chemical fiber production capacity as an important raw material for clothing in the spinning section was only 150 thousand tons a year, but the annual demand was about 500 thousand tons, and the raw material gap was 350 thousand tons. Textile processing enterprises had to go to the east coast to purchase.
So is the printing and dyeing industry.
In 2009, the printing and dyeing capacity of the whole province was only 320 million meters, and the total annual demand of the whole province was 3 billion 860 million meters.
The result is that textile processing enterprises "go back to the east coast to buy Yarn, and when they are woven into cloth, they have to drag them to the coast for printing and dyeing."
Structural contradictions are resolved.
How to solve this contradiction?
The director of the provincial Commission for letters and commissions frankly stated from the perspective of industrial development that this needs a development process.
The spinning industry has invested heavily, and the printing and dyeing industry has been polluted. The state policy has strict control over it. "Structural contradictions are not resolved if we want to solve them."
Moreover, our province's investment in textile industry is fast but still insufficient.
"In 2009, the investment was 14 billion 600 million yuan, but ranked fourth in the 5 provinces in central, such as Henan, Jiangxi, Anhui and Hunan, and the ability of product development is weak."
According to the relevant departments, at present, our province is studying the 12th Five-Year plan for the development of our province's textile industry. The future development idea is to further improve the development of 40 textile cluster industrial parks in our province, further increase effective input, and promote the pace of integration of "industrialization" and "informatization" in two aspects of textile industry enterprises, speed up technological pformation and optimize the structure, so as to revitalize our traditional textile industry.
