Among the industrial science and technology policy support, Huajian has received more than 1 million support funds. But many enterprises do not care about the policy and miss a lot of such support.


    I suggest that there are three ways: first, many industrial and commercial tax policies should be packaged and widely publicized. Second, the industry association has the responsibility and obligation to publicize the actual policies to the relevant member units. Third, many enterprises are actually set up in Dongguan by entrepreneurs from other places. They are worried that they need to have connections to get support policies. In fact, it is not.

    Zhang Huarong: business is a game. Enterprises should play games with large and small enterprises in the industry. You must have advantages to survive. In terms of workers, we compete with other industries, even with the labor market area of the whole country. Therefore, it is a big topic to recruit workers.


    Recruitment is difficult, first of all, it is difficult for the enterprise itself to have a correct understanding of the employment problem and ask whether it has carried out self-improvement. As long as the enterprise creates a good working environment, living environment and spiritual environment, it will naturally stabilize the workers. Only when we truly respect and care for industrial workers, let them be willing and able to take root in Dongguan, and the workers and managers can be relatively stable, can the enterprise continue to prosper forever.


    In fact, we also find it difficult to recruit workers for Huajian's factory in Ganzhou. Therefore, I think the problem is not the difficulty of recruiting workers, but the difficulty of retaining workers. The problem lies in whether cadres really care for their employees.


    Dongguan is the most densely populated place of shoe industry in the world. It is a pity for our industry that there is no vocational college for shoe industry. I said today that under the guidance of the municipal Party committee and the municipal government, we will establish Dongguan shoe making college. Please give us some time.


    Enterprises can get government subsidies for training employees

    Fang Jianbo: we should let the foreign employees feel that they have a head start in Dongguan and hope to become Dongguan people. Industrial workers also need to have a sense of belonging, that is, a sense of settling down and falling leaves, so as to keep more workers. This depends largely on the household registration policy, which is based on the policy issued by the labor and personnel department. The government is making policies to attract foreign employees to stay in Dongguan for a long time and take root in Dongguan. These policies are gradual.


    In fact, the labor department and other functional departments have a series of practices. Among the 1 billion yuan special fund for transformation and upgrading of processing trade established by Dongguan City, the government can give 50% subsidy to employees who participate in vocational training in some training institutions recognized by the labor department. In terms of vocational training, last year, the government also preliminarily discussed the establishment of a shoe industry vocational training base with Huajian group as the industry leader and using existing enterprise resources.     I think there are two ways to solve the problem of recruitment difficulty: first, we should realize transformation and upgrading, reduce the demand for general labor force and turn to the overall resource demand at a high level. Second, it is necessary for the government to organize some labor force to the places where we have employment demand. ?
