Eight, competition content:

The material and accessories of the entries involved in this competition are not limited, and focus on the forward-looking innovation of costume design. The competition is divided into the following two * * series:

1) clothing and costumes

Creative design series: in line with fashion

Clothing and accessories that blend the traditional Chinese culture and reflect the social themes of green environmental protection, energy saving and emission reduction.

Nine. Competition requirements:

1, entries must be the original and unpublished latest works of the participants.

2, the current entries must contain two elements of clothing design and overall design, and select one unit in the overall design.

3, entries should conform to the design theme and purpose of this competition, register in series, each series has 4 pieces / sets, all garments need to be matched and have a sense of entirety.

4. Contestants will receive entries after notification.

(to comply with the requirements and specifications), entries and identity documents are submitted to the organizing committee through the official website, mailbox, QQ, MSN and forum provided by the organizing committee.

5, fabric design manuscript and submission requirements: to make the work in TIF, AI, PSD, CDR format electronic manuscript (CD-ROM, e-mail, QQ form), and should meet the 300dpi printing resolution standard, so that publicity or publishing, and the source document authors need to retain.

Each series of works needs to be provided with a color effect picture.

Instead of the effect picture, please attach a description of the work (less than 500 words).

6. The effect of the competition will not be returned. Please keep the draft from the bottom and return it to me after the match provided by the contestant himself in the semi-finals.

The organizing committee has the right to publicize, publish, distribute and perform all entries.

12. Competition time: from the date of publication of the competition to June 30, 2010.

13, matters needing attention and Description:

2) since the purpose of this competition is to focus on creative clothing design and emphasize the original value of the design works, participants should consider the stage display effect of the entries, which will affect the final results.

3) in view of this competition as the original competition, emphasizing the concept of green and colorful life, the materials and overall display methods used in the original design are not strict.

4) in view of the economy and efficiency of the network pmission, the participants can download and request the entry form and upload works through QQ, MSN, mailbox, forum and so on.

We will invite famous fashion and fashion designers, printing and dyeing designers, cultural and creative celebrities, photographers, artists, famous fashion media reporters, famous fashion critics and well-known entrepreneurs as Invitational judges.

Eleven, comparison and incentives:

1. The criteria for judging the competition are formulated by the competition expert committee, and the competition committee is responsible for implementation.

2, does the work fully show the design theme and purpose of the contest, whether it is original, whether it is the most rational and appropriate combination in material selection, and whether it is in line with innovation.

The award method of this competition will be based on the principle of combining honorary and physical rewards. Apart from awarding certificates to the winners, it will also issue corresponding amount of bonuses.
