    In this regard, Wang Tiankai put forward some specific requirements for the development of the industry: on the one hand, in the new situation, textile and garment enterprises should actively start from themselves, strengthen management, adjust and upgrade, integrate the resources of the upstream and downstream industries, and constantly innovate; on the other hand, we should create a policy environment conducive to promoting adjustment, encouraging innovation and speeding up the pformation of development mode.


    Although the textile industry has begun to warm up, some contradictions and problems in economic development can not be ignored.

    Wang Tiankai said that the uncertainty of the external environment has existed, and the pressure of production factors such as resources and environment, labor costs and so on has been increasing. The impact on the costs and benefits of enterprises can not be ignored; and the uncertain factors such as exchange rate changes, trade frictions and inflation expectations will still be the severe test that may be faced in the future development of textile and garment enterprises.


    Facing the difficulties of the development of textile and garment industry in the future, Wang Tiankai pointed out that the traditional extensive development and the fierce contradiction have not been fundamentally solved. The road of excessive use of labor resources in the textile and garment industry is difficult to continue. It is urgent to accelerate the pformation and promote the adjustment of the industry structure.

    Therefore, accelerating industrial upgrading in addition to maintaining sustained motivation in product innovation, brand innovation and scientific development, accelerating the integration of industrial chain and giving full play to the advantages of industrial chain will be one of the main directions for the future development of the industry.

    Zhang Li pointed out that China's clothing industry has entered the stage of brand consumption, and it is an excellent time to vigorously develop clothing brands.

    Garment industry is a highly marketable industry in China. It is also the most competitive industry in China.

    However, although the rapid development of China's clothing industry has attracted worldwide attention, clothing manufacturing and processing in China has been at a low end in the whole value chain for a long time.


    In recent years, the lack of innovation in garment industry and the lag of marketing channels have become the crux of the big and not strong garment industry in China.

    Zhang Li said that in order to realize the strong change of China's garment industry, we must learn from the successful operation mode at home and abroad, build a clothing brand system and speed up the construction of clothing brand.


    At present, the brand of Chinese clothing is facing severe challenges.

    International leading brands occupy 80% of China's high-end market, while the international second-line clothing brand has basically completed the market layout in second tier cities in China, and is constantly increasing its penetration into the market.

    Although there are many famous brands in China's clothing industry, many brands are still in a simple imitation stage, lacking innovative thinking and hard to achieve sustainable development.

    Zhang Li said that if China wants to become a strong garment country, it must perfect its own industrial chain and cultivate a number of brands with independent competitiveness, so that it can occupy a leading position in the global apparel industry chain.


    At present, the competition pattern of China's garment industry has changed from the competition stage of product innovation between enterprises and enterprises to a more systematic stage of integration and innovation of industrial chain.

    This undoubtedly brings new challenges to the role of Chinese clothing in the whole industry chain and the ability to integrate resources.
