6, enterprises that fail to be reconfirmed in accordance with the regulations for three years shall be deemed to be voluntarily renouncing the use of leather labels for ecological leather.

Three, leather label eco leather enterprise application expansion management method

1, the use of leather signs eco leather enterprises need to use two or more than two registered trademarks on the use of leather logo eco leather, or to the production of the same brand of different types of leather leather logo eco leather, you can apply for the expansion of brand logo management office.

5. 6, cost
(1) advertising expenses: for each brand or leather product category, a one-time advertising fee of 9 thousand yuan should be paid.
(2) testing fee:
Initial inspection fee: 2500 yuan. If the company has submitted an application for expansion, if it fails to submit four special chemicals inspection reports for half a year, the China Leather Association will charge for the four kinds of special chemical indicators for the sampling of the expanded leather. The cost is paid at the time of initial sampling.
Sampling fee: 4000 yuan. After the approval of the licensed leather category is approved, the China Leather Association will pay for the 2 sampling inspection every year. The cost is paid annually with the comprehensive management fee of leather logo eco leather.
