Zhongshan Sampling Underwear Brand, Seven Wolves, Colored Fields And Other 13 Brands Are Not Qualified.

The Zhongshan Municipal Council examined the daily life goods such as underwear, towels and other items, and found that:

60% more underwear is not qualified.

In May 3rd, the municipal Consumer Council released the results of the comparative test results of three types of daily life commodities in Zhongshan market, including 20 batches of towel products, 11 batches of qualified products, 55% qualified products, 9 unqualified products, 45% unqualified products, and 51 batches of sanitary accessories accessories, 39 batches of qualified products, 76.5% products, 12 products of unqualified products, 23.5% products, 76.5% products of underwear, and approved products.

The staff were randomly purchased from Zhongshan Wanjia life supermarket (Zhongshan) Co., Ltd., Zhongshan Shiqi District Department store, Zhongshan one plus one business chain Limited, Xiaolan Shunchang shopping center, Zhongshan City, wo he business chain Co., Ltd., Southern District store and Zhongshan Spring District Department store, which involved 20 batches, 20 brands, 20 production enterprises and 5 sales units, and entrusted them to test 9 indicators of commodity's water fastness, sweat fastness, dry friction color fastness, odor, pH value, formaldehyde content, decomposable aromatic amine dye, fiber content and product instructions. Last October, the City Council commissioned the Guangdong clothing product quality supervision and inspection station (Zhongshan Railway Station).

After inspection, 20 batches of underwear products were selected, 7 batches of qualified products, 35% qualified products, and 13 batches of substandard products, including seven wolves and golden childe, and the product failed rate reached 65%.

The problem lies in 4 aspects, such as poor color fastness and so on.

The 20 batches of products tested were all qualified for dry friction color fastness, formaldehyde, pH value, odor and decomposable aromatic amine dyes.

The unqualified items are mainly four items: fiber content, product instructions, color fastness to water and color fastness to perspiration.

Spot checks found that fiber content was not qualified 10 batches, accounting for 50% of the total sampling batch (20 batches).

The label is not qualified mainly because the marked fiber content is not consistent with the actual content and incomplete, such as the use of two fabrics only one fabric fiber content.

According to the relevant mandatory standards of the state, clothing products should at least label the manufacturer's name, address, product name, product standard number, product quality grade, raw material composition and content identification, safety technology requirement category, etc., but many enterprises fail to meet these 9 standards.

In the spot checks, there were 3 batches of color fastness to water. The color fastness was mainly caused by improper selection of dyes, improper addition of fixing agents and unstrict technological process control.

Some of the substandard products have been put off shelves.

The city council then informed the operators of the test results.

At present, some operators have already disposed of the above disqualified products.

Some operators have also strengthened the overall quality inspection of the products in production, standardized relevant labels in a timely manner, strengthened the training and management of the internal staff, and so on.
