This competition is divided into two stages: preliminary and semi-finals: the athletes submitted their texts in July 20, 2010 to participate in the preliminary contest. After the preliminary contest is reviewed, the players who are eligible for the semi-finals must submit the design objects to participate in the semi-finals.

The second round requires a follow-up notice.

1. Deadline for entries: June 30, 2010

2. The closing date of the preliminary competition: July 20, 2010 (whichever is the postmark).

3. The initial stage of the entries: at the end of July 2010, the announcement will be made immediately on the official website of the competition.

4. Competitions, competitions, awards and forums were held in Hangzhou in October 2010. The relevant requirements are detailed in the final notice of the organizing committee.

Seven. Instructions for entry

1, entries should meet the design theme and purpose of this competition.

2, entries must be the original and unpublished latest works of the participants.

If the plagiarism is discovered, the qualification of the competition and the award will be cancelled and the legal liability shall be investigated.

3. Entries require an overall series of designs, with entries in series.

4. The author's gender, age, occupation, education, nationality and nationality are not limited.

The same series of entries, such as a series of multi person joint design, the organizing committee's default name is ranked first in the main designer, the co designer should not exceed two.

5, according to the relevant provisions of the regulations of the competition organization, the staff of the Organizing Committee of the competition shall not enroll in this competition.

6, matters needing attention and Description:

1) no matter whether the registration is valid or not, all the information will not be returned. Please let the participants keep the bottom.

2) this competition is a creative competition, and there are no strict restrictions on the materials and overall display methods used in the design.

The reentry objects and Exhibition props are provided by the participants.

　　八、 參賽報(bào)名和作品交件方式

1. Registration: please submit the entry form by e-mail in June 30, 2010 to the email provided by the organizing committee.

2, the way to submit works: the contest requires a preliminary design contest.

Please mail the original works to the contact address provided by the Organizing Committee (deadline for postmark) before July 20, 2010.

The manuscript must be included in the entry form (photocopy), and marked "2010 International Pattern Design Competition" on envelope or mail package.

1) the contents include: creative concept description (less than 500 words), pattern design draft, application effect picture or physical photograph (image works should be submitted in the form of Mpg, Avi, Swf etc.).

2) text size: unlimited number of pages, A2 size (42CM * 59.4CM).

The design text needs to be attached to the CD of the work, the work is made into TIF, AI, PSD, CDR and other formats of electronic manuscript, and the printing resolution standard of 300dpi should be reached for publicity or publishing, and the author of the source document should keep it himself.

3) the text must indicate the physical specifications of the work, and the physical size limits are: no more than 2.5 meters high, no more than 3 meters long, and no more than 3 meters wide.

The competition organizing committee will receive the entries of all the above entries before the deadline.

The competition has set up an international jury of competitions, inviting famous designers, art designers, cultural and creative celebrities, and famous names at home and abroad.

Ten. Review and reward methods

1. The criteria for judging the competition are formulated by the competition expert committee, and the competition committee is responsible for implementation.

2, does the work fully demonstrate the design theme and purpose of the contest, whether it is original, and whether it is the most rational and appropriate combination in material selection, whether it is innovative or not.

3, the competition will be awarded the awards of the whole field, the best concept and Creative Award, the best design creativity application award, the best material Creativity Award, the National Award, the Excellence Award, the organization award and so on.

4. The following awards and bonuses are set up in the finals:

The award method of this competition will take the principle of combining honor with the reward of the object, in addition to issuing the certificate to the award-winning player, the corresponding bonus will be allocated.

The Organizing Committee of the competition invites some of the contestants who are selected for the semi-finals to participate in the semi-finals in Hangzhou. All the foreign athletes coming to the finals will be responsible for the pportation expenses to Hangzhou, China. The expenses for the board and lodging will be borne by the organizing committee. The specific agenda is subject to the relevant notice of the Organizing Committee (if the two parties cooperate to compete, the organizing committee will only take one person's room and board expenses).
