He asked me to teach them to make vibrator products, and they owed me all the money they gave back to me. Every month they gave me thousands of dollars in wages. I started my family.


     


    This venture basically ended in failure, but the lesson I learned really helped me for life.


     


    Finally decided to start their own business.


     


    August 1, 2005 is the day when Shen Xin vibrator company was founded. I invested all of my accumulated funds in this venture. Whether it is successful or not, I intend to fight it out.


     


    Because our company is doing assembly, materials have, but the requirements for assembly technology is very high, technology is not passed, the product is not qualified, I know that the product quality of this industry is the basis of survival.

    If you do not have good quality, it is hard to get customer recognition.

    But the problem arises again. When the store sees them sell well, they often call our factories for goods. They will sell them to their immediate interests and see that long-term interests can not be sold.

    To ensure the interests of the old customers, after all, they started to help us open the market. Our factory has always guaranteed that a market will only sell one product to us, unless we sell our products, then we will have another one. With honest customers, there is no need to look back. The demand for agents is bigger and bigger. More and more customers are coming to our customers. Our company's sales volume also exceeded 800 thousand in the first year.


     


    Now, I have my own factory, and a group of excellent employees. We have no staff or bosses here. They are all like their own factories.

    We eat together, and sometimes we go shopping together, like a big family. They see what products are not enough, they know what products we should make every day, and we work overtime when we need to catch up.

    We don't make machine parts here, we all pay monthly wages. By the end of the month, wages will be given to them. Wages are higher than those in general places. They say that even if wages are as good as outside, they will do it for me.

Although this development has been slow, our company has protected the interests of the agents.
