Red Bean Clothing Was Awarded The First "After Sale Service Five Star Certification".
The first "after-sale service five star certification" in the domestic apparel industry was unveiled in Wuxi on the 18 day. Jiangsu red bean was honored as the first five-star certified clothing company after the promulgation of the first Chinese after-sales service standard "evaluation system for goods after sale service" in 2006.
Domestic certification is divided into three categories: product, management system and service, but service certification has been vacant for many years.
In May 2006, the Ministry of Commerce promulgated China's first after sale service standard "after-sales service evaluation system for goods".
In the same year, the standard was incorporated into the "11th Five-Year plan", which is also the first international evaluation standard for after-sales service.
The domestic garment industry has always been shackled by quantity, product and price, and the phenomenon of homogenization is serious.
With the baptism of the financial crisis, the domestic garment industry came into pains. Many enterprises began to pform their brand building and promotion, forging their own "brand DNA", and many famous brand enterprises in Jiangsu and other garment provinces took the lead in fighting the domestic market and testing the water brand chain business mode.
The officials of the China Federation of trade unions said that the competition among modern enterprises is concentrated on the competition between brands and culture. Compared with the developed countries in the west, there is still a considerable gap in the brand, corporate culture and after-sale service of most of the enterprises in the country.
In the past, domestic certification focused on the rigid assessment of product quality and management system, and the government needed to strengthen guidance on after-sales service, brand and culture.
According to the introduction, last year, the National Standardization Management Committee separately included the two criteria of "brand and enterprise culture construction evaluation" and "commodity after-sales service evaluation system" respectively in the national standard revision plan.
A few days ago, the standard of after-sales service evaluation system has been drafted second times, and the standard of brand and enterprise culture construction evaluation is to be convened at the end of May for the second drafting conference.
It is reported that the first five-star certified garment industry group has expanded its brand blueprint in the domestic market again.
In 2009, the company has completed 600 stores, and plans to reach 3000 in the next 3 years, hoping to create the first "Suning" of Jiangsu clothing enterprises.
