Recently, the twelfth China (Jinjiang) International Shoe Fair signing ceremony of "Jinjiang investment and technology innovation project signing ceremony" signed the "Application of finite element technology in the design of sports shoes" with the National Sports General Administration Sports Science Institute. The project mainly simulates and analyzes the damping performance and the skid resistance of the shoes with different soles (different materials and different structures), and optimizes the shock absorption and skid resistance of the shoes, so as to achieve the comprehensive needs of improving the shock absorption, skid resistance and grip of the shoes.

    At the same time, the establishment of finite element technology in the development of sports shoes, so that they become an important technical means of research and development of sports shoes, and ultimately achieve the purpose of improving the technological content of sports shoes.


    According to the director of the Institute of sports science of the State General Administration of sports, the finite element analysis software is used to analyze the static contact between feet and soles on the structural design and material selection of the soles and the distribution laws of the stress and displacement of feet and soles. It provides a theoretical basis for testing the feasibility of the structural design of the sole and further optimizing the structure, and fills the gap in the field of research and application of the finite element analysis technology of the sports shoes industry in China.

    In fact, this is not the first cooperation between Guo Hui and the Institute of sports science and technology of the State Sports General Administration. As early as 2007, Guo Hui signed the "sports shoes shock absorption technology cooperation project". Experts from the Institute of sports science and technology of the State Sports General Administration made improvements to the two major shock absorption technologies, such as the G-TECH.DRC dual shock absorption technology developed by CBA and the aeronautical shock absorption technology, and made breakthrough progress.

    On the basis of good cooperation for three years, the two sides have again worked together this year to sign a cooperation agreement on technology innovation research and development project "Application of finite element technology in the design of sports shoes".


    Since its inception, Kuo Hui has been tireless in scientific and technological innovation. Its CBA sports equipment is characterized by its technological expertise. While sponsoring a large number of professional basketball events, the company has actively utilized various advantageous resources to pave the way for technological innovation of CBA professional basketball equipment: siphon air drying technology, armored protection system, negative ion aromatic fabrics, Aircool, dandelion ultra light shoes, aeronautical shock absorption technology, Coolness (oxygen protection system) and other innovative technologies, leading the trend of science and technology in the industry.


    In addition, Guo Hui is still the drafting unit of the national standard for Chinese basketball and volleyball professional sports shoes and the drafting unit of the national standard for general technical specifications of professional sportswear and protective clothing, and has successively participated in the drafting of the three national standards, namely, the national standard for footwear surface test methods, the national standard for testing rubber shoes, the method of leaving no traces for the outsole of sports shoes, and the national standard for the wear resistance of footwear footwear testing methods, which has become an important force in China's sports products.


    Up to now, Guo Hui has 9 patents, and only 3 patents have been declared in 2009, including 2 inventions and 1 utility models. Among them, the utility model patent "constant temperature sneakers" has been awarded the "Quanzhou excellent patent award".

    Last year, Guo Hui was recognized as the pilot unit of intellectual property in Quanzhou.
