In addition, the regulations also provide detailed rules for the collusion between collusion with others, the "knocking" between the accounts under their actual control, false declaration and withdrawal, and the market manipulation practices of executives of listed companies using information dominance to manipulate stock prices.

In the case of insider trading and the standard of prosecution for disclosing insider information, according to the regulations, the persons who know the insider information of securities and futures trading and the units who buy information or disclose the information before the information that has a significant impact on the price of the securities paction has been disclosed or should disclose the information. If any of the following circumstances is involved, they should be filed for prosecution. The total amount of securities paction turnover is more than five hundred thousand yuan, and the amount of margin occupied by futures trading is more than three hundred thousand yuan; the profit or loss avoidance amount is more than one hundred and fifty thousand yuan, and the insider trading and disclosure of insider information are repeated.

In addition, the regulations also clearly stipulate the standards of filing and prosecuting the employees of financial institutions such as the stock exchange, the stock exchange, securities firms, funds, banks and other financial institutions engaged in pactions in the form of insider information obtained from their duties.

According to the regulations, the companies or enterprises that bear the obligation of information disclosure according to the regulations shall provide false reports or important facts to shareholders and the public in accordance with the law, or disclose other important information that should be disclosed according to the law. If they are suspected of being one of the following circumstances, they shall file a suit for prosecution: the total amount of direct economic losses caused by shareholders and creditors will be more than five hundred thousand yuan or more. The total amount of assets or profits will be up to thirty percent of the total amount disclosed in the current period; the major litigation, arbitration, guarantee and related pactions that have not been disclosed according to the regulations will account for more than fifty percent of the net assets.
