This year, the volume of Eastern Silk Market has maintained steady growth, and sales reached 10 billion 964 million yuan in 1~3 months, an increase of 11.08% over the same period last year.

There are 248 new business operators in the market, with a new registered capital of 179 million 900 thousand yuan.

On the other hand, the textile industry belongs to the labor-intensive industry, and the labor intensity is strong. The new generation of migrant workers has changed their values and the labor force has been losing rapidly.

According to the survey, there are about 100 million of the "80" and "post-90" migrant workers in the labor market. Their work demands have undergone new changes. They have higher requirements for career development, income, and so on.

The shortage of skilled operators and foreign trade personnel is serious.

From the perspective of the shortage of labor in the Eastern Silk Market, the first type of shortage of talents is ordinary skilled operators and skilled workers.

According to the responsibility of some manufacturers, at present, the stability of migrant workers is not enough and the mobility is large. They will quit in less than a few months.

The second category is skilled workers of medium and advanced level, who are also in serious shortage in the Eastern Silk Market.

Most manufacturers say that skilled workers of middle and advanced level need to have certain technical level and cultural knowledge. Ordinary migrant workers can not meet the requirements, and graduates in general do not want to engage in such work, resulting in a serious shortage of such talents.

The third category is the shortage of professionals in textile and foreign trade.

According to the market professionals, with the increase of foreign trade orders, there is a large gap in foreign trade talents in the Eastern Silk Market.

Foreign orders have been increasing under the influence of global warming, but the response of the Eastern Silk Market to the supply and demand of foreign trade professionals is lagging behind.

Data show that last year, due to the impact of the global financial crisis, Shengze's textile import and export trade had a negative growth, and the volume of export trade fell by 14.1%.

Since the beginning of this year, the total volume of foreign trade in textiles has rebounded markedly. The total import and export volume increased by 77.48% in 1~2 months, of which the increase of imports was 79.56% and the export growth rate was 74.7%.

Textile orders for foreign trade have increased significantly, and there has been a good trend of continuous improvement. This makes the textile professionals in the market more popular.
