It will form trade centers, personnel training centers, brand exhibition centers, R & D design and testing centers, information intermediary service centers, and brand production bases. As the two "garden", the planning of Chongzhou and Jintang will reach 15 square kilometers, and will be positioned as the important Western products, shoe material production base and skilled workers training base.
It is estimated that by 2010, "one capital and two gardens" will achieve 49 billion yuan of total industrial output value.
