Zhejiang famous brand footwear group set up a psychological consultation room in the factory to provide free services for some workers who need psychological counseling and assistance.
Since the establishment of the psychological consultation room, a total of more than 120 staff members have been consulted, and nearly 200 employees have been comforted, involving work, emotion, family and so on.

In recent years, the group's Union has investigated the new recruits in detail, and found that 96% of the employees come from remote mountainous areas such as Hubei, Jiangxi, Guizhou, Sichuan and so on. The age of workers is generally low, accounting for 30% of 17~20 years old, 50% of 20~25 years old, 65% of unmarried persons, low education level, only 32% of senior high school or technical secondary school education, and most of the production line employees are junior high school and junior high school culture.
After the investigation, the trade union of the name brand footwear group thinks that these "80" and "90" employees are just out of school or staying away from their parents for the first time. For this reason, in 2008, the company set up a special studio and temporarily named it "female studio" according to the characteristics of female workers.
In 2009, the company was renamed the "staff psychological consultation room" according to the needs and situation of staff and workers.
Reporters at the scene learned that the psychological consultation room is located in the living area of the staff, the environment is quiet, the sun is plentiful, the indoor comfortable soft chair is also accompanied by the gentle and gentle light music.
Every working day's 8:30 to 16 hours is the normal working hours of the staff psychological consultation room, and other time employees can call for consultation or make an appointment.
It is understood that the psychological consultation room is the responsibility of the trade union and human resources center of the company. Its purpose is to create "the harbor of the heart and the home of love". Its purpose is to help employees reduce stress and ease negative emotions, so that employees can work in a healthier and more positive mindset.
Reporters also learned that the counseling room mainly provides counseling and help in terms of sexual psychology, emotion, anxiety, depression, work stress, personal growth, interpersonal relationship, love relationship, family relationship, reproductive health care and so on. Moreover, each employee has the telephone number of the person in charge. If there is a problem to be answered and consulted, they will make phone calls or send information to make an appointment, and the consultation process and results are confidential.
At the same time, the company also provides group psychological training for employees, and carries out a series of related lectures and training. The psychological counseling room will conduct collective counseling and lectures based on the psychological characteristics of employees in a certain period or the new social situation, and positively guide employees' thoughts and emotions.
