But the frequency of recruitment began to decrease this year, which made him feel very strange. After careful inquiries, he knew that they had sold all the old equipment in the past, and bought a batch of mechanical and electrical integration equipment. It is said that a skilled sewing worker can use this equipment to raise the efficiency of 30% and play a role in easing the tension of manpower.

Moreover, because of the low noise and low calorific value of the new equipment, sewing workers like to work in such an environment. This has even become an important way for enterprises to attract workers.

In addition, the shortage of clothing enterprises is also making the demand for mechanical and electrical integration objectively improved.

In recent years, with the continuous growth of China's economy, the demand for electricity has increased rapidly.

The supply of electricity is becoming increasingly strained, and the power cuts in many provinces are estimated to be about 25 million kilowatts per year, especially in East China and North China.

Under such circumstances, clothing enterprises must adopt advanced energy-saving and efficient equipment in order to survive and develop in the fierce market competition.

Performance advantages

In China, the most common mechanical and electrical integration equipment is computerized flat cars. At present, the price of foreign brand computer flat cars on the market is 5000~7000 yuan per unit, while the price of domestic automatic flat cars is 3000~4000 yuan per unit.

Moreover, with the expansion of production scale and the reduction of production costs, the price of domestic flat cars continues to decline.

More importantly, as domestic sewing machine enterprises invest more in mechanical and electrical integration equipment, the quality and stability of domestic computerized flat cars have also been greatly improved.

According to Yang Xiaojing, at present, a new domestic computerized flat car is almost close to the products of Germany and Japan in quality, so clothing manufacturers begin to adopt large quantities.

Obviously, under the premise of technological progress, when the price factor is no longer a problem, the price performance of mechatronic products is fully reflected, and is also more suitable for the objective development environment of the garment industry at the moment.

At present, from all kinds of signs, the trend of rising labor costs in China will not be stopped for a long time in the future. The possibility that energy will continue to rise will also be great. This is a new challenge for the garment industry that has won the development space with cheap labor force for a long time. In essence, it can also be regarded as the inherent requirement of the upgrading of garment industry.
