At present, there are 567 clothing enterprises in Cha Shan town, 18 of which own independent brands.

Before yesterday afternoon's seminar, Jiang Hengjie, executive vice president of the China clothing association, made a special trip to four local textile and garment enterprises in the morning, and concluded that the strength of production and technology is quite strong.

Jiang Hengjie said that although the first time he came to tea mountain, the local textile and clothing industry cluster conditions were very good, which impressed him very deeply.

Urgent need for integration

Although it is a small seminar, tea mountain has strong learning attitude and eager to find its own problems and development direction from the authoritative Chinese clothing association and the provincial clothing and clothing association chiefs. It also seeks advice for local enterprises.

From the enterprises that have been visited by the China clothing association, we can see that there are both male and female businesses that have already made famous children's clothing brands. Jiang Hengjie said that many enterprises first faced with a problem is how to optimize the production process, how to improve labor efficiency.

Jiang believes that the enterprises of Cha Shan can improve labor productivity by two measures, one is technological innovation, the other is equipment application.

Another problem is how to resolve the risks between sales and inventory.

Jiang Hengjie said, Cha Shan textile and garment enterprises are still more OEM, once the domestic sales, these enterprises will have to face this problem.

In his speech, Jiang Hengjie repeatedly referred to the integration in the industry, "from the enterprise to the emergence of some big companies in the world."

Jiang Hengjie takes this as an example to say that cha Shan's textile and garment enterprises should also try to integrate them into large enterprises.

He also made suggestions to the Secretary and mayor of the tea hill at the seminar site, and set up a trade association as soon as possible.

The tea hill economic and Trade Office confirmed to reporters that it is indeed applying for the establishment of the Dongguan textile and garment industry association tea mountain branch to the NGO authority.
