Wearing sports shoes for a long time brings many problems: because of the high temperature and humidity in the shoes, the foot ligaments are elongated and loosened, and the feet become wider and even flat. Moreover, because of the reasons of materials, some shoes have poor air permeability. For a long time, under the "closed" environment, fungi can propagate and spread, develop tinea pedis, dermatitis, eczema and so on. Finally, no flat bottomed sports shoes can keep the muscles, ligaments, bones and spine of the body in a normal position. Teenagers are wearing clothes for a long time and are not good for growth and development.
In addition, do not wear too many special sports shoes in daily life, their hard fixed upper and even thickness sole, although it is good for the rotation of the feet and sudden movement, but not conducive to daily activities; conversely, wearing running shoes in basketball, tennis and other ball games will also increase the risk of sprain because of inadequate ankle support or insufficient friction.
