Warren Buffett, the largest shareholder and billionaire investor of Moody Moodie 1 (s Corp), testified at the hearing of the Congressional financial crisis Investigation Committee on Wednesday that he could not blame too much credit rating agencies if he did not see the real estate bubble burst.

Buffett refused to testify until last week when he received a summons from the Committee.

Buffett testified together with Moodie CEO Raymond Raymond McDaniel, who admitted that his company had made a mistake.

Detroit based carmakers, including Ford Motor Co, general motors and Chrysler, achieved a two digit sales growth in the same month last year, when GM was filing for bankruptcy protection last year, and Chrysler has entered bankruptcy protection.

Several Japanese, Korean and European automakers also gained more than 20% sales growth.

The EU plans to push forward the final step of financial reform, strengthen the supervision of global rating agencies, and examine the management of banks, thus establishing a new industry rating regulator.

In this regard, India firmly opposes the report's view and will fight back violently.

      《日本時(shí)報(bào)》:日本將在G20峰會(huì)上做財(cái)政緊縮措施的報(bào)告

On Friday and Saturday, the finance ministers of the world's developed and important developing countries will gather in South Korea to explore measures to ease the tension in the global financial markets caused by the debt crisis in the euro area.

At the meeting, preventing a vicious circle of banking crises is another important agenda.

It may be controversial whether the finance ministers should levy a global tax on banks to balance the cost of future emergency relief.

Japan is not actively pursuing a global banking tax and will report on its austerity measures at the meeting.
