He suggested that enterprises should pay close attention to the economic situation at home and abroad, pay close attention to the dynamics of the upstream textile industry, enhance the potential of enterprises, and further enhance the added value of the products.

In a sense, China International Textile Machinery Exhibition and ITMA Asia Exhibition reflect the development demand of the whole industry and market.

Lv Honggang said that the European textile machinery manufacturers Committee has closely followed the exhibition and market environment which has been significantly improved in China. ITMA Asia exhibition was held in Singapore in 2001 and 2005 respectively. During this period, both sides had the intention to jointly organize the textile machinery exhibition in China.

Under the joint efforts of both sides, in April 22, 2006, the two major exhibition organizers signed a long-term cooperation agreement. From 2008, they formally held the ITMA Asia (ITMA ASIA) exhibition and the China International Textile Machinery Exhibition (CITME) jointly held in Shanghai, China.

The success of ITMA ASIA+CITME 2008 was recognized by the industry as the largest international textile machinery exhibition in Asia, with the largest number of exhibitors, the largest professional audience, the highest level of technology and the most professional.

The attraction of China's international textile machinery exhibition and ITMA Asia exhibition is so strong. The answer lies in the increasingly harmonious cooperation between the two sides.

According to Lv Honggang, the ITMA exhibition held by the European textile machinery manufacturers committee is usually closed for one year from the exhibition. Business registration is closed. In advance of half a year, the exhibition fees and service items have been completed.

The Chinese textile machinery enterprises, which are not accustomed to making too much preparations ahead of time, need some adjustment.

This time, after consultation, China Textile machinery and equipment industry association took the initiative to work ahead of the communication with enterprises.

By releasing the exhibition information to the textile machinery enterprises as early as possible, we will specify the time and conditions of registration in detail, so that the registration process can be carried out smoothly.

Lv Honggang said that Chinese organizers abide by and draw on this rule to ensure that the quality, quality and level of the spinning show can be recognized and satisfied by the customers.

In order to create a good environment and business negotiation platform for exhibitors and users, and reduce the admission of non professional audiences, the 2010 exhibition will continue to take the measures of spectators to purchase tickets in the light of 2008 experience.

Lv Honggang also pointed out that Chinese exhibitors are generally used to withdraw early on the last day of the exhibition.

European organizers believe that exhibitors must abide by the exhibition time, and also respect every visitor.

China Textile machinery and equipment industry association is strongly calling on exhibitors to comply with the exhibition time and do not withdraw in advance.

In addition, in 2010, China International Textile Machinery Exhibition and ITMA Asia exhibition, on the basis of constant service prices, increased three services compared to the previous fifteen service items.

Vice President Lv Honggang said: "for example, we have removed the construction management fees, provided labels to every exhibitor, and provided posters for free publicity to enterprises."

Professional services to build high-level Exhibition

In order to turn the 2010 textile machinery exhibition into a high-level international professional exhibition, and make it truly become a platform for textile machinery manufacturing enterprises to communicate with professionals in textile industry, the organizing work of professional buyers at home and abroad has also started fully since the beginning of this year, and achieved initial results.

In addition to releasing the exhibition information on major professional media in the world and launching a large number of publicity advertisements, the organizers have reached an agreement with important textile producing countries such as India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Indonesia and Turkey, as well as professional associations and some intermediary organizations in China. These professional associations and intermediary organizations have begun to organize professional promotion activities for local buyers.

At present, China Textile machinery and equipment industry association has launched spectator promotion and invitation activities in India, Indonesia, Vietnam, Egypt, Pakistan, Bangladesh, the United States, Japan, Korea and Taiwan.

Lv Honggang also pointed out that the organizing committee will deploy the security inspection strictly in 2010 when the spinning machine fair was held in World Expo, Shanghai.
