4 Notices For Expo 2010 Have Been Included In The Legislative Plan Of The Shanghai Municipal Government.

　　市政府專門為世博會(huì)制定的28件通告實(shí)施一個(gè)多月來(lái)，落實(shí)情況良好。昨天，市政府法制辦透露，對(duì)實(shí)施情況進(jìn)行評(píng)估后，部分通告將通過(guò)立法予以固定，成為城市綜合管理長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制。

In order to ensure the smooth conduct of World Expo, the municipal government has formulated 28 notices in 7 areas, including social order, road traffic, safety production, food hygiene, environmental protection, city appearance and advertising management.

Liu Ping, deputy director of the municipal legislative affairs office, said that the relevant functional departments are strengthening the comprehensive urban management in all aspects according to the circular requirements.

The latest statistics of "12319 urban construction hotline" show that the number of complaints from the public has decreased by 20% compared with that of the previous year.

　　市政府法制辦透露，世博通告的有效期均在世博會(huì)舉辦期間，最晚至今年底。目前，涉及市容管理的8件通告已進(jìn)入后評(píng)估程序。其中，關(guān)于建筑垃圾和工程渣土處置及流動(dòng)戶外廣告管理的4件通告，已列入今年市政府立法計(jì)劃。
