Design Of Inner Ear Shoes -- Variant Design Of Two Quarter Shoes

With men's two head shoes as the prototype products, the styles of the isomorphic specialties can also be changed on the basis of no change in the inner ear structure.

The design of the following shoes is for practice. It only gives a brief explanation. Since it belongs to the same structure, the principle and method of taking off is the same. Imitation of the design of the two section shoes of men and women can achieve the purpose of drawing inferences from others.

The ears of short ears are shorter, and the length of the shoe ears can be controlled by the distance between the shoe eyes. The average distance between the shoes is between 10 and 12mm. If the two eyes are taken, the length of the shoe ears is 30 to 36mm.

As shown in Figure 1 - 2-15, compared with the original two female shoes, it will be found that if the length of the front shoe is shorter, the front and back parts will be out of order.

The way to adjust is to shorten the position of the front gang. The length of the two wings is controlled near 1 / 2 of HF.

 

Attention should be paid to the shape of the shoe ears, which should be controlled by the vertical line of the back midline. It seems that the "head" is lifted up and has the essence of spirit.

Fake lines also exaggerate, increasing the weight of short ears.

Note that the basic height of the rear reinforcement is based on the length of the QB straight line. The upper end should have a rewinding volume of 8 to 9mm, and the bottom end will be placed at the bottom of the bar for 16 to 17mm.

The shoe ears are lengthened to Vo points, and the position picking method is still adopted.

However, due to the change of the position of picking up, the angle of picking is slightly different.

First connect the front middle line AoVo through the V point to design the outline of the front gang.

Then the center point of the arc turning around the door is centered on O', and the large arc is drawn by the radius of O'Vo.

A vo'v'is connected to the arc. This is an equivalent substitution angle.

Then pick up the pick off angle at the front of the Vo point and make it VoO'Vo'= VO'V'.

Finally, connect the Vo'point and the E point into a straight line to make the back midline and design the rear contour line.

The lengthening of the shoe ears will change the position of picking up. According to the principle of cross picking, it will not affect the effect of taking off.

The above shoes are changed from the length of the shoe ears and the length of the front ones to produce different appearance effects.
