Zhejiang City Day Let The World Close Grade Seal Cutting Art

The theme of the Hangzhou city day activity, entitled "five water sharing and quality life", was held in Expo Park city square in the morning of June 6th. Weng Weijun, deputy secretary of the Shanghai World Expo Bureau, Mr. Chen Zhonghua, deputy director of the Hangzhou Municipal Committee and propaganda department, Chen Zhonghua, deputy director of the Hangzhou Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee, Zhang Jianting, vice mayor of Hangzhou, Zhu Zude, vice chairman of Hangzhou's CPPCC, Philippines Nissan, Ambassador of Philippines, Yamada Sotomiyo and so on, attended the opening ceremony.

Zhang Jianting, vice mayor of Hangzhou, pointed out in his speech that as early as June 6, 1929, Hangzhou held the first West Lake Expo and opened the precedent of China's exposition.

Through the historical time and space, 81 years later, on the same day, Hangzhou, on the international stage of World Expo, Shanghai, hosted the Hangzhou City daily activities in the Shanghai World Expo Garden, which gathered the cream of the world's cities. Through the artistic performance and the on-site interaction, two ways of displaying the historical and cultural city, the charm of the city of life quality and the vitality of the atmosphere opened up to the whole world from various angles, and fully interpreted the theme of World Expo's "Better City, better life".

The whole performance is divided into five chapters: "flourishing world", "cultural state", "quality city", "poetry and painting Jiangnan" and "meeting Hangzhou". It consists of 15 programs, namely, "Ying Tian Lotus", "Yu Jia five water", "Jin Ge tie Ma", "Jinxiu Jiangnan", "Hefang competition show", "Longjing ask tea" and so on. The single performance time is one hour.

There are three performances, including 10:30-11:30, 15:30-16:30 and 19:30-20:30.

The performance interval will also arrange interactive programs such as production and display for folk artists.

Among them, the seal cutting artists from the famous art group Xiling Seal society will also be on the stage to show the charming charm of the world's intangible cultural heritage masterpiece "seal cutting" project to the guests at home and abroad.

Xiling Seal Society sent two seals, Shen Yingli and Wang Zhen, to make a live demonstration in World Expo Hangzhou city day.

The seal cutting performance of the two professionals will make the audience close to the world's intangible cultural heritage - seal cutting art. It will also add a lot of color to the display of the cultural image of World Expo's Hangzhou city.
