It is understood that the Shaanxi provincial finance has set up a risk subsidy mechanism for the guarantee institutions, and subsidized the guarantee institutions in accordance with the total amount of the average guarantee amount of 1%-1.5%. The compensation for the actual compensation is less than 5% of the guarantee liability at the end of the year, and the risk reserve for the guarantee institutions is insufficient to compensate for the losses.

In addition, this year, Shaanxi will also spend 100 million yuan on the development funds of small and medium-sized enterprises, which will be used to support 20 County Industrial Parks and establish small loan companies.

The total size of the special funds for the development of SMEs in Shaanxi has reached 200 million yuan, focusing on supporting the professional development of small and medium-sized enterprises, supporting cooperation with large enterprises, and promoting new technologies.

At present, the venture capital guiding fund of Shaanxi province has already implemented 200 million yuan of funds, and the first batch of 36 enterprises with better prospects for development has been tested, striving to cultivate it into a larger backbone enterprise with the leading role of the industry in 3-5 years.
