The cost of labor here is about 20% lower than that in Jintan and Kunshan. Another difference is that 1300 workers here are all locals, while 70% of Jintan's 4200 workers are locals, while 90% of Kunshan's 1000 are migrant workers.
North Jiangsu, a relatively backward economy, is a place for industrial pfer in South of Jiangsu.

The company has already been in Nanling County of Wuhu, Anhui, and has built a sample factory with 400 people. By the end of June this year, it will invest 250 million yuan in large-scale construction, covering an area of 180 mu. It is expected to be completed in 3 years. The project will produce 50 million kinds of clothing annually, with annual sales income of 2 billion yuan and employing 6000 workers.

Anhui is closer to Ningbo. 60% of its employees were from Anhui and Jiangxi.
All these make Anhui the destination of its industrial pfer, and the perfection of the industrial chain is an important reason why Shi Dan chose to settle in Nanling.
As an export garment processing base of Anhui Province, Nanling now has 15 textile and garment related enterprises, and 12 textile and garment enterprises and other supporting enterprises in various districts and towns. It has initially formed a full featured industrial chain of weaving, dyeing, finishing, embroidery, printing and garment making.
Next, he will gradually build a dyeing factory in Wuhu to improve the industrial chain.
Suqian may also become another pfer base for lion Dan.
However, because of its geographical location and the advantages of labor resources, "it is not particularly obvious". At present, the project has not yet started and is in the wait-and-see stage.

When many enterprises extend their tentacles to the central and western regions of Henan, Sichuan, and even Vietnam and other Southeast Asian countries, lion has his own consideration.

He believes that at present, the most competitive textile industry in China is the international textile and garment industry. However, there are many domestic enterprises, the price competition is fierce, and the quality and innovation are relatively few.
"If the government guides, we should keep high and low-grade enterprises with global competitiveness in the country.
After all, the East has gone 20 years earlier, and it can develop high-grade clothing. The central and western regions are characterized by low and medium grade. "
He hoped that the pfer is also a process of pformation and upgrading. "If it is not upgraded, it will be difficult to survive."
Local governments should make clear directions.
The different stages of development of enterprises need different resources allocation, and Yin Guoxin, who has taken the lead in the industrial pfer, has tasted the sweetness.
Statistics in 2009 showed that the export volume of woven garments exported to Japan in the morning wind ranked first in the country.
In his view, we can not fight the unprepared battle, except for the enterprises and the government that undertakes it.
He feels that some areas simply emphasize land cheap, tax concessions, do not understand their own advantages and disadvantages in human resources, industrial base and so on.
