Transected Tongue Shoe Design -- Tongue Type Shoes Variant Design

In addition to changing the height of the shoe last and the heel of the shoe last, the tongue type shoes change more frequently on the upper part of the shoe.

The elastic back is the most common variant design.

At the front end of the front part, we design a component called "little horse head", commonly known as "shoe table".

The inside and outside design of straight back is for ease of wear, and the latter is to increase the ability to hold feet.

Therefore, when the width of the mouth is fixed at O', it will move back to lOmm or so.

This kind of footwear can be used as working shoes.

Take OO'=20 to 25mm.

The length of the corresponding tongue is lengthened, and it can be taken between E point or lOmm.

As shown in Figure 1 - 5 - 12, this is a loose tongue after the male tongue type shoes, shoes arc arc shape, need to find P'point for control.

Under the E tongue, the elastic tongue is longer, and the rear end has a rear package and parts. The cross arm is wider and the shape is very plump.

The main points of the design are as follows:

(1) locate the O point on the infinity line and fetch about 00 =25mm.

The vertical line of the VE line is passed through O point, and it is handed over to V point, and the bottom line is at H1 point.

(2) over V, "point for positioning, pick up angle, so that" V "O'V2= VO'V'.

Connect the front middle line Ao V2, and connect the exit door contour to get the front part.

(3) take the V "E length as the length of the tongue, and design the outline of the elliptical shoe tongue.

(4) design the rubber band position on the basis of the midpoint of the tongue length. The total length is 20 to 24mm and the height of the half side is 15mm.

When the sample is taken, press the stubble 8 to lOmm on the edge of the rubber band.

The rubber band should not be less than lOmm from the back of the tongue, so as to prevent exposure.

Start the design of the shoe horse underneath the rubber band.

At the front end, the curve will be extended to 07 in a slanting direction, and then the stubble quantity of the back side can be extended.

First, locate the P'point at the back end, then connect the arc shoe outline to the q.

Make the difference between the inside and outside.

(5) the backpack and components are designed, and the back end q-points are collected from 1.5 to 2mm.

(6) design the upper end of the cross arm to be parallel to the VE line 3mm, and the lower end from the OQ line 12mm as the parallel line, the upper width takes about 20mm, and the lower end takes about 30mm.

There are decorative strips on the cross arm.

Finally, the difference between the tension and the inside and outside is designed, as shown in Figure 1-5 -13.

 

The rule of making scribing boards remains unchanged. Its basic template is shown in Figures 1 - 5-14.

 

There is already a stubble quantity in the back of the design, so no more stubble should be added to the sample.

There are altogether seven parts and eight pieces, including rubber bands and decorative strips.

The dashed line in the picture is the additional volume of the sample to be produced.

The technical parameters of the three section shoe lining template are invariable, and the specific requirements are shown in Figure 1 - 5-15.

 

The three quarter tongue type shoes can be regarded as the structural deformation of the three head shoes, and can also be regarded as the deformation of the tongue type shoes after the elastic opening.

With the design basis of the former Baotou, with the design experience of the elastic back port, the design of the three knot tongue shoe is completed.

Note: when using super long last, the simple 2/3 ratio is no longer applicable due to the increase of allowance.

Through the analysis of the foot type last type bottom part book, it is known that moving the foot length from 19% points to the H point can determine the end point of the toes, so that the position of the former Baotou can be determined.

The design still started in Baotou.

2. structure design drawing

From the H point along the front midline of the front, the position of the small toe ends is set at 19% of the foot length of the forward line, and the V position of the former Baotou is determined.

Connect the back midline AoV1 to the dovetail curve of the former Baotou.

Take the OO'=25mm on the OQ line, and set the center of the pick center.

Then we pass the O'point to make the VE vertical line.

Take the stilts and make the V "O'V2=" VO'V'.

Connect the V1V2 line to the back midline of the front middle band, make the vertical line of the V1V2 line and trim the contour of the door.

The length of the tongue is taken to E point, and the elliptical contour of the tongue is designed.

(2) the design of the back band is designed at the middle point of the tongue length: rubber band: 24mmX15mm.

Start the design behind the rubber band.

As the former Chinese gang and the rear gang are integrated, the front end of the rubber band is connected to the 0 'point to form a shoe door.

From the lower end of the rubber band and the P'point to the Q. point, the outer shoe line is used to make the difference between the inside and outside of the shoe.

(3) the design method of the cross arm of the cross arm is the same as before. Because of the decoration of the flower holes, it is necessary to design the cross arm.

(4) the design of the rear package is designed according to the conventional design.

As for the operation of flower holes, see figure 1-3-17. You need to find the marking of flower holes in the design.

The center position of the big flower hole is 4.5 to 5mm from the edge of the component, and the center distance between each hole is about 7mm.

(5) the method of making sample template is the same. First, we draw up the scribing board, and then we make three samples respectively.
