    Straight Back Tongue Type

    The male tongue shoe with pverse structure is the simplest type of shoe with straight mouth and tongue type, as shown in figure 1-5-3.

    Tongue: the length of the tongue is usually located in the 2/3 position of VE length, locating the E'point, passing the E' point as the vertical line of the back midline, and then passing through the 0'point as the vertical line of the vertical line.

    Pay attention to the difference between the inside and outside of the tongue.

    Also notice that the front end line of the shoe tongue is controlled by the V "o'line", which is different from the front shoe V201 shoe line.

    The length of some shoe tongue is 1 / 2, 1 / 3 of V'E and even alignment with the cross arm.

    The ratio of tongue length should be handled flexibly.

    Insurance cover: it is designed to be a rectangular insurance leather.

    It is about 25mm long and about 18mm wide.


    Cross arm: as the cross arm is a part above the component, the width allowance of 3mm should be set aside.

    The upper end takes the WHi line as the center line, and the VE line 3mm as the parallel line, and the two sides are intercepted with a width of 9 to lOmm on the cross arm.

    The lower end should be based on the 0Q line and parallel lines at 12mm at 0 points, with 14 to 15mm width on both sides.

    Under the difference between the inside and outside of the tongue, the cross arm should also make the difference between the inside and outside.


    The key to the design of the cross arm is to find four vertices. The contour of the cross arm is preferably straight line. After taking off the template, it will be processed into the required arc shape. See figure 1-5-5.

    When designing the height of the cross arm, pay attention to the distance between the upper end and the -VE line about 3mm, otherwise the tension will be resisted when it is stretched, so it is not easy to stretch the back of the foot flat.

    The lower end of the cross arm is about 12mm below the OQ line, and is parallel to the OQ line, so that the cross arm can be upright.



    (4) the bottom port is also treated according to the requirements of 14mm, 15mm, 16mm and 17mn-.


    Then distinguish the outline of the mouth.



    (5) prepare the template and prepare the scribing board first. See figure l-5-6.

    Then use the drawing board to make three patterns. Note that the position of the cross arm is decided by the cross arm rules on the basic template, as shown in figure 1-5-7.

    The solid line in the picture is the basic template contour line, and the dashed line is the amount of processing needed to produce the opening template.


    If you try to find out that the tongue is not sticking to the last surface, it is a "praxis". The front and the lower ends of the tongue should be shortened by 1 to 2mm. This problem often occurs when designing synthetic leather shoes.



    Pay attention to the back, the tongue and the cross arm of the opening die.

    If the leather is made, the front part needs no hem, and the lower arm does not need to fold.



    The design of the shoe is made of two segment structure, and the edge of the tongue and the back of the shoe should be left to the edge. See Figure 1 - 5-8.

    The tongue type shoe lining is the first one to be produced. The design method and technical parameter requirement are the same as those of the ear type shoes, and are also designed on the basic template contour.


    In front of the Gang: Ao point drop 2mm, connected to the gate into 6 to 7mm.

    If you use a machine to stretch, there must be a difference between the inside and outside.


    Inside the shoe tongue: the front end is loaded with 8mm and the remaining three sides are punching 3mm.


    In the back part: the front end is loaded with 8mm stubble quantity, the top is added and 3mm punching edge quantity, the rear arc is in accordance with - 2mm, - 3mm, - 5mm volume, bottom mouth receives 6 ~ 7mm.



    Cross arm: cross arm without shoe lining should be distinguished according to material.

    When leather materials with better strength are used, they can be used without lining.

    If you use the lining, the upper and lower ends of the cross section of the finished product will have traces of the car line, and now it is less used. Then the punching edge of the 3mm should be added to the edge.


    The amount of 8mm stubble is added to the front of the tongue, and the amount of 3mm punching is added to the rest.

    After designing the straight tongue, the female tongue shoe should be selected with a female prime last.

    The design method and steps are the same as the design of men's shoes.

    Because the lines of women's shoes are different from men's shoes, the shoe can be designed as convex arcs, thereby eliminating the difference between the inside and outside of the shoe tongue.

    As shown in figure 1-5-9, the cross arm design of women's shoes is of the same wide type. The lower foot is round and needs hem.

    The main points of the design are as follows:



    (1) find the O'point on the OQ line and take about OO'=10mm.

    Go through the O'point to make the vertical line of the VE line, hand it to V "point", and hand it to H1 at the bottom.

    Connect the front middle line AoV2, and connect the exit door contour to get the front part.



    (3) take the VE length 2/3 to design the outline of shoe tongue.



    (4) find the P'point, design the arc shoe line in the OO line range, and make the Huai line higher than the outer line, forming the difference between the inside and outside.

    At this time, a O'point is shared.



    (5) design the upper end of the cross arm to be parallel to the VE line 3mm, and the lower end from the OO line 12mm as the parallel line. The upper and lower sides take 16 to 18mm, and the lower foot is circular.



    (6) the rear reinforcement bar takes the rectangle, 20mmX16mm.
