3. The blank certificate for textiles required to be returned is an unused and valid certificate. The blank certificate corresponding to the return should be completed according to the form requirements (Annex I), and the certificate number will be straightened out in order to facilitate the return and receipt of the blank certificate.

4. Please keep the waste certificate which is not required to return. Blank certificate Management regulations require confidential treatment.
